I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformative power of yoga. As a certified yoga therapist and teacher, I offer a safe and nourishing environment where you can explore your own unique journey. My services and classes encompass a wide range of practices, including Yoga Therapy, Yoga Therapy Massage, Barre and Body Conditioning (especially for dancers), Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, and Chair Yoga, as well as Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra for specific outcomes.

My classes focus on creating and cultivating awareness, acceptance, and compassion—not only towards ourselves but also towards others. I am committed to sharing the profound physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga. I strive to inspire positive lifestyle habits that empower individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a holistic wellness therapy based on the science of yoga for specific treatment outcomes and goals. It a journey inwards towards yourself using the practices and resources of Yoga and other Holistic modalities to offer you the best possible support. Your sessions will be personalised specially for your desired outcomes and could include breathwork (pranayama), movement (asana), therapeutic yoga massage, meditation (including yoga nidra) and mantras, to name a few. Strengthen and tone your body, mind and spirit, finding balance and flow inside and out, and learn to incorporate these tools in your daily life. Yoga therapy meets you where you are and will benefit all ages and abilities.

Discover the Transformative Power of Therapeutic Yoga Massage

Therapeutic Yoga Massage offers the receiver the space to relax and allow for gentle balancing and realignment on all levels, by stretching and mobilising the body and energy lines.. This supportive massage is like having yoga done to you, and it will encourage better flow of energy in the body which will cultivate healing and relaxation, releasing accumulated tension and stress, as well as all the other benefits of a yoga practice. These sessions are recommended weekly or twice a month for optimal health and comfort in your body and in your life. Therapeutic Yoga massage can be performed on the floor using a traditional massage futon or yoga mat, or with the receiver seated on a front-supported massage chair.
